To assist in the supervision and mentoring of trainees and trust administrators, identifying training requirements and organising appropriate CPD. Ensuring support to administrators whilst minimising corporate risk by ensuring that compliance with procedures and legislation is maintained across the team.

We're looking for a Senior Trust Officer to actively administer a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures containing properties, investments, image rights and other asset classes, ensuring that the client’s needs are met.

To assist with the take on of new business and to maintain the profile and values of Fairway Trust Limited (“FTL”) with clients, intermediaries and colleagues alike. To take responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations and provide management and technical support to a team of administrators. To ensure adherence with Fairway Trust Limited (“FTL”) Policies and Procedures at all times and to assist with the smooth operation of the FTL / Fairway Group Committees, as relevant. Liaise with the management teams of FTL to ensure smooth operation of the departments and the provision of professional and high quality service to clients for which FTL provides services.
