We're looking for a Senior Trust Officer to actively administer a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures containing properties, investments, image rights and other asset classes, ensuring that the client’s needs are met.

The Onboarding Officer will work closely with the Associate Director of Client Solutions and take the lead when it comes to onboarding of new business opportunities into Fairway Trust Limited. The Onboarding Officer will be expected to work closely with all members of the Private Client Senior Leadership Team and ensure a smooth onboarding process is achieved. It is anticipated that the onboarding process will evolve once a digital onboarding solution has been identified and implemented, and the Onboarding Officer will be involved in the appraisal process.

To provide day-to-day assistance to the administration team within Fairway Pension Trustees Limited as well as, from time to time, to undertake specific additional tasks and projects as advised. To work with the rest of the Pensions Team to improve profitability and efficiency, limit both Fairway Pension Trustees and Member's exposure to risk and provide a quality service to clients. The following responsibilities have been separated under various headings for ease of reference but are not mutually exclusive. The post holder may be assigned other projects and other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
