Jodie is the Senior Human Resources Manager at Fairway Group and works closely with the Directors and heads of departments in offering a robust HR function to support the business.
Jodie is responsible for overseeing the day to day HR operations, end to end recruitment, employee relations and benefits and reward, along with involvement in key strategic HR projects.
Jodie joined Fairway in September 2018 and has 16 years' experience in the HR industry. Prior to joining Fairway, she worked at RBC, JFSC and Equiom focusing on HR systems, reporting and data analytics.
Jodie holds the Institute of Leadership & Management Certificate in HR Practice, CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership. Jodie is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and the Chartered Management Institute.
