We are thrilled to share that Dominic Coyne, Director and Head of Funds and Chris Mourant, Associate Director in Private Client are panellists for the HNW Advisor Conference in Manchester on Wednesday 9th October.  

The inaugural one day event explores the key themes and trends for advisors with high net worth clients in the North West. The conference will examine the domestic and international wealth planning landscape for entrepreneurial clients. It will cover key considerations such as retirement planning, pensions, savings, and investment vehicles, but also succession planning and wealth transfer down the generations. The day will further examine the international aspects of private wealth, including the Real Estate and sports sectors, bringing advisors up to date with the latest trends from these dynamic sectors.

Fairway are excited to announce that Dominic Coyne, Director & Head of Funds will feature on the second panel of the conference, 'Foreign Investors in North West Real Estate' alongside Thomas Pearson, Head of Real Estate Commercial at JMW and John Simms, Head of Corporate Finance at Empire Global Finance.

In this session, the panellists will explore the latest trends in residential and commercial real estate in the North West from the perspective of international investors. They will discuss where investment is flowing, how deals are structured, and how the market might evolve under the new government.

Fairway's Chris Mourant, Associate Director in Private Client will feature on an afternoon panel, 'Post Liquidity Event Planning' alongside Ruben Sinha, Partner at JMW and Emmelia Powell, Financial Planner at Premier Wealth Solutions. 

This panel session will examine clients who have created a liquidity event and are considering wealth and asset protection strategies. It will include a discussion on the timing of wealth transfer to the next generation, how to engage the beneficiaries, and how to promote family cohesion. This panel is taking place at 14:45
