We are proud to announce that Chris Mourant, Associate Director in Private Client has been named as one of the 2024 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders.

The annual list curated by eprivateclient celebrates the leading young private client practitioners in the UK and the UK Crown Dependencies. The list is in its second year, having replaced eprivateclient's Top 35 Under 35 list to better reflect the changing trends in the modern workplace. 

Chris Mourant, Associate Director in Private Client, is one of 88 individuals chosen from the 500 nominations who made the rankings this year. Chris has worked in the Private Client team at Fairway for 12 years. Since joining, he has continuously excelled in his role, propelling the success of the private client team forward and significantly contributing to the wider expansion of the business. 

He works directly with the Managing Director of Private Client and specialises in working closely with high net worth families based in the Gulf Cooperation Council to create structures that form part of a holistic approach to succession planning. Not only does Chris go above and beyond in client matters, but he also excels in his leadership and business relationships. In addition to mentoring junior members of staff, Chris recently collaborated with our HR team to launch the Fairway Promise Programme which is a programme for junior members of staff to enable progression within their chosen fields.
