The Promise Programme is our commitment to personal growth and success. It helps our colleagues progress and excel through their chosen field, ensuring specific technical, interpersonal, behavioural, teamwork and cultural aspects are incorporated into their job role via a self-managed performance tracker. In addition to supporting colleagues through professional qualifications, by dividing the programme up into these areas allows our colleagues to experience a mix of core skills development, as well as professional, and growing our talent by providing a supportive and nurturing environment in the process.
We've also teamed up with external coaches who provide a collaborative partnership and personal guidance through 1:1 coaching sessions, enabling our colleagues to flourish and fulfil their potential. Our coaches focus on enhancing key areas such as confidence, communication, stress management, resilience, problem-solving, and career advancement.
Coaching isn't just about acquiring new skills, it's about embracing a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth, whilst also promoting wellbeing. Allowing our colleagues to come to work as their authentic selves and building on our performance culture.
