Fairway Group sees eight team members secure Management Development Accreditation

Eight team members in Fairway's Jersey office have become the first in the firm to secure its bespoke Management Development Accreditation. 

Fairway launched the bespoke Management Development Accreditation programme with specialist training consultant, Mary Curtis of Calmera, last year. It has been designed specifically to increase skills and knowledge, and to assist with the implementation of management best practice and personal growth. The accreditation is recognised by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

“I’d like to congratulate the cohort of eight who are the first members of the Fairway team to achieve our management development accreditation,” said Fairway Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Alistair Rothwell.

“We partnered with Calmera to develop this bespoke accreditation as an additional way of supporting our team with their personal and professional development and to provide them with the skills and knowledge to further develop their careers. As an owner-managed business, every decision that impacts our team, including decisions on training and development, are made locally. We are able to identify opportunities to provide excellent learning opportunities and to develop and deliver our own bespoke training packages to assist our team in achieving their goals. This approach not only benefits our team, but also our clients who receive the highest levels of client service.”
