A compelling place to work… a compelling business to partner with.
We are proud to be a locally-owned and locally-managed business, which means all decisions that impact our team are taken by our board in Jersey. We value each individual in our business and we respect that each person has different goals and aspirations. Our environment
Our offices are bright, spacious, and open plan which allows our team to collaborate, promotes inclusive conversations, and encourages interaction and learning.
We’re also super keen on doing what we can to help our outside environment by minimising the amount of waste we produce and reducing our carbon footprint. Re-useable bottles are provided to every team member and recycling bins are a permanent fixture, where anything from bottle tops to batteries and paper to plastic can be recycled. We even have our own compost bins for tea bags, coffee grinds and fruit peelings!
We also love our furry pals and each week our staff look forward to 'Woof Wednesday' where our four legged friends come and join in the fun!
Reward and recognition
We believe in rewarding our team for their accomplishments and for performance excellence that links directly to our core values, which is why we’ve launched our ‘IMPACT Employee of the Month’ scheme. The nomination criteria links directly to our core values to encourage employees to think about, and recognise, their own performance and behaviours consistently through the year. Through this scheme we reward our monthly winner with a voucher of their choice for £150!
