Sara is Head of Secretarial Support Services at Fairway Group.

Starting in trust, Sara has now moved into a company secretarial role for the group, which enables the business to benefit from good corporate governance, as well as board and business efficiency.

As Head of Secretarial Support Services, she is also required to coordinate all aspects of the group’s service offering including preparation of board documentation and dealing with the day to day correspondence in respect of client structures.

Sara has completed her Certificate in Offshore Administration and her Institute of Chartered Secretaries Administrators (ICSA) Diploma studies.
