Chris is an Associate Director within Fairway Group with responsibility for a team administering complex private client structures, including the entities which form part of Emirates NBD Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, a trust company managed by Fairway Fund Services Limited.

Chris primarily focusses on working closely with high net worth families in the Middle East on structures that own UK real estate. This is a particularly complex area with the ever-changing UK tax landscape and cross border reporting requirements.

Chris’ duties include liaising with bankers, relationship managers, lawyers, tax advisers, investment managers and property managers across the UK and Middle East and travels regularly to the GCC region.

Some of the structures which Chris administers are private client family offices who have established numerous entities in offshore jurisdictions to assist with asset protection and succession planning in either a shariah compliant or non-shariah compliant manner.

He continues to build relationships in other major finance centres and works closely with a number of family advisers, to ensure a bespoke service to each individual client.

Chris has an honours degree in financial services and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) holding the Diploma in International Trust Management. He has also featured in Citywealth's Future Leaders list since 2015, was named Emerging Talent of the Year at the 2020 International Investment Awards and has been named as one of the ePrivate Client Channel Islands Top 35 under 35 since 2018.
